Indestructible Hooded Jacket
A lightweight, extreme stretch jacket that can withstand 75kmph falls.
- Built with high strength Dyneema® and Cordura
- Highly abrasion and rip resistant
- Extreme four-way stretch
While the Indestructible Hooded Jacket is just 1 millimetre thick, it can withstand a 75kmph fall and drag on concrete – we know this as we took it into the lab and beat the crap out of it by recreating real-world conditions which would quickly destroy most gear, from blunt force trauma to sudden impact from high speed falls.
It also comes with concealed side pockets that can’t be torn off. Every critical seam on the jacket has been stitched with double lines of heavy-duty thread which are reinforced with woven tape on the underside. And as no one’s ever attempted to make a jacket like this before, we built it with the help of a team who make body suits for pro motorbike riders, fire-proof clothes for the military, and chainsaw-proof boots.
The material itself is unlike anything you’ve worn before. We’ve taken the world’s strongest fibre™ that you normally find in bulletproof vests and the sides of tanks – Dyneema® – and blended it with elastane, to create a jacket that combines extreme four-way stretch with extreme strength.
Ultralight Puffer Vest with Dyneema®
The first lightweight puffer vest reinforced with the world’s strongest fibre™.

Technical Details

The vest’s outer shell is engineered with the strength to weight ratio of Ant-Man.

While it’s only 320 grams, the vest is reinforced with thousands of Dyneema® strands 15x stronger than steel.

This material is different to Dyneema® Composite Fabric
In the past Dyneema® has been used to create ultralight outdoor clothing in a form called Dyneema® Composite Fabric – but this composite material has a papery feel and lacks breathability. By weaving Dyneema® fibres directly into a three-layered material we’re able to add strength without sacrificing other performance properties like breathability.

It’s insulated with recycled down that’s cleaned with geothermal water from natural springs.

The down is cleaned with geothermal water from natural springs
Our partner Re:Down collects clothing that was thrown away from all over Europe and brings it to their facility in Hungary. The clothes are disassembled and the down is taken out, while other components like zippers are sent to specialist recyclers. The factory sits on a natural spring, so the down is washed using super clean geothermal water, which is then filtered and returned to the earth as clean as it started out. The recycled down is finally sent to our factory to be constructed into new puffer vests.

The Dyneema® adds abrasion and rip resistance to the vest, acting like a high-strength ripstop.
