So The Neo Suit is built to handle whatever realities come your way. It’s not only engineered with insane stretch and strength, but we’ve debugged the standard suit. We edited out all internal architecture that makes a normal suit stiff or heavy. No shoulder pads. No lining. No hidden scaffolding. Just precision-bound seams and a soft tailored shape that’s cut with a laser.

In other lives and other worlds you’ll find the material we’ve used in military, space and expedition gear – so it can definitely handle aerial fight sequences in the rain. It comes with three hidden zipped pockets and a convertible collar that fastens with a concealed system behind the lapels for any meetings with The Architect. And it’s engineered to fold, stretch and recover instantly without ever creasing – so you can stay looking sharp, whatever the agent overlords throw at you.

The Neo Suit is not only engineered with insane stretch and strength, but we’ve debugged the standard suit. We edited out all internal architecture that makes a normal suit stiff or heavy. High strength and laser cut

Both the jacket and pants are built from a high-strength, four-way stretch Cordura using precision laser cutting. In other lives and other worlds you’ll find the material we’ve used in military, space and expedition gear. It’s engineered to fold, stretch and recover instantly without ever creasing – so you can stay looking sharp, whether you’re heading to work or deciding to save humanity.

Four-way stretch lets you move in any direction at any speed

We combine Cordura with 9% elastane to give the jacket incredible four-way stretch. It flexes, bends and twists in any direction, so you can flow easily through all dimensions. Even if you find yourself running up walls or dodging slow motion bullets, you’ll be fine.

Water rolls off and creases don’t stick

If you’re thinking about your next aerial fight sequence in the rain, we finish the outer surface of the jacket with a water-repellent coating so it slides straight off. And because it’s built from high-tenacity nylon, it resists creasing. You can fold it into your bag, pull it out at the other end of a trip, however strange, and shake it once for a full recovery.

We’ve built a hidden snap system behind the lapels so you can wear it open like a blazer or fastened up to the collar like a minimalist trans-dimensional jacket for any meetings with The Architect.

Three pockets built for stealth

We replaced the traditional chest pocket with a minimalist and almost invisible angled zip pocket. Two more hidden zip pockets sit lower down on either side. They might be stealthy but they’re big enough for passports, phones, and possibly white rabbits. The pocket bags are made from the same Cordura blend as the outer shell and are finished with internal French seams for strength. And all zippers match the navy shell for a seamless finish.

Cordura is nylon on steroids

Rather than using regular nylon we build The Neo Suit Jacket from Cordura, a tougher, more advanced nylon engineered for endurance. Cordura is nylon on steroids. Air-textured. Abrasion-resistant. And built to last decades instead of seasons. You’ll normally find it reinforcing military gear vs a minimalist, free-moving suit jacket.

Air jet texturing makes Cordura extremely hard wearing

While Cordura starts life as regular nylon fibres, they’re then treated with a process called air jet texturing that strengthens every individual fibre before being tightly woven to create a material that’s soft to the touch but built to take a beating from body-swapping agents.

You’ll find our suit material in deep-sea cables and Mars Rover landing systems.

Nylon has been changing the world since 1935

Nylon was born in 1935 when Wallace Carothers, a Harvard professor turned DuPont researcher, combined hexamethylenediamine with adipic acid and created the world’s first fully synthetic fibre, nylon 6,6. It could be spun, stretched and engineered like nothing before, and it would go on to change the fabric of modern life.

From combat duty to catwalks to Mars landings

When DuPont launched nylon in 1938, things got weird fast. A Washington newspaper claimed it was made from cadaver extract. And a year earlier Carothers had taken his own life with a cyanide cocktail. But nylon survived its macabre origin story to quickly become a wonder material. By World War II, it had become a military essential, replacing silk in parachutes and aircraft parts. It moved seamlessly into fashion, engineering and space travel. And it’s been critical to technological progress and human adventure ever since, used everywhere from deep-sea cables to Mars Rover landing systems.
