RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For all orders placed in December, we offer free returns and exchanges up to 60 days after you receive your order.
If you need to exchange or return something, just answer a few questions here to get started.
If there’s a problem with any of your kit, or if you’d just like to talk to one of us instead, we’re always happy to help out if you email email@example.com. We’re a young startup run by a small and insanely committed team.
Anything you send back to us should be unworn, unwashed, and not look like it’s been trampled by an elephant.
We always cover return postage costs and the costs of sending exchange items out to you. But we’re not able to refund any delivery costs that you paid to us when you placed your order, or any import duties or customs fees that you paid to the carrier.
If you got a piece of Vollebak gear as a gift and it’s not quite right, you can exchange it for a different size, return it and get credit for something else. Or we can refund the person who bought it for you.
Please return your kit from the same country it was shipped to.
